I’m uncertain at this moment if this is available as open-source or it will be a commercial product. The implementation uses a Java servlet approach build using Tomcat as server; the agents are Progress sessions listening on sockets.

No controlling broker process available just unmanaged Progress sessions acting as agents listening for request.
